SidelineClubDesk Private Beta Participation Agreement

v1.0 — effective Sep 20, 2026

Parties: SidelineClubDesk operator (“Company”) and the Club named below (“Club”).

1. Company grants Club a limited, non-exclusive, free beta license during the Test Period.
2. Club will designate 1 primary admin and use the Service in live or near-live club operations (memberships, court desk, leagues, communication) and provide feedback at least weekly.
3. Confidentiality as in the Beta Tester Terms, plus Club will not publish reviews of unpublished features without written approval.
4. All feedback and related IP assigned to Company.
5. Club owns its member data. Company may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
6. AS IS. No SLA. Club will keep a parallel process for anything mission-critical.
7. Either party may end the beta with 7 days’ notice; Company may end immediately for misuse.
8. On end: Club may export its data for 30 days; access may then be removed unless converted to a live plan.
9. Liability cap: $100 or fees paid, whichever greater.
10. Texas law; Ellis or Dallas County venue.
11. This agreement plus the Beta Tester Terms and Privacy Policy are the whole deal for the beta. Signed version controls if they conflict. Electronic / wet signature both valid.
