Beta product
The Service is pre-release software. It may contain bugs, be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. It is provided AS IS, with no warranty of uptime, fitness, or error-free operation.
Confidentiality
You will not share with anyone outside your club’s authorized testers: unreleased features, admin screens, internal pricing, bug details, or non-public product plans. Do not post screenshots of admin tools or unpublished features on social media without our written permission. This duty lasts until we publicly release the feature or 2 years after the beta ends, whichever is later.
Feedback belongs to us
Bug reports, ideas, and suggestions may be used by us with no payment to you. You assign to us any IP in that feedback.
Your data
Club and member data remains yours. We use it only to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell member lists.
Allowed use
Test the Service for your club’s real operations. No reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or granting access to a competing product team.
No guarantee
We may suspend or delete beta accounts. Do not rely on the beta as your only system of record during testing. Keep a backup of critical club data.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, our total liability for beta use is $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months, whichever is greater.
Texas law
Texas law governs. Venue: Ellis County or Dallas County, Texas.
Electronic acceptance
Checking the box and creating a club is your electronic signature to these terms.
