These terms cover general use of sidelineclubdesk.com. Club directors who start or run a club also accept the Beta Tester Terms.
The service
SidelineClubDesk lets pickleball clubs run round-robin nights: roster, check-in, courts, pairings, scores, and recap. A live night can be opened on its gym board and guest link. The session list is for people signed in to that club. Creating or changing a night requires an approved club director login.
Your account
You must give a real name and email. You are responsible for your password. Do not share a director login. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Use the site for club pickleball operations. No scraping, reverse engineering, harassment, or granting access to a competing product team.
Text messages
Sideline may send a one-time login code and club-night notices. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. A mobile number is optional. The text agreement starts unchecked, and saving an account does not require it. You agree on Account after you sign in. The same agreement is public at sidelineclubdesk.com/legal/sms. No warranty
The site is provided AS IS. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Keep a backup of critical club data.

Texas law governs. Venue: Ellis County or Dallas County, Texas.
