SidelineClubDesk is a club-desk mixer for pickleball round robins at sidelineclubdesk.com. This policy covers account data, club and member data, logs, and cookies.
Account data
If you create a profile we store your name, email, password hash, optional phone, optional profile photo, and optional DUPR connection. You can change this from Account.
Text messages
A mobile number is optional. Sideline sends a one-time login code and club-night notices only after you check the text agreement on Account. That agreement is also published at sidelineclubdesk.com/legal/sms. Message frequency varies. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out.
Club and member data
Club names, rosters, check-ins, pair locks, courts, scores, and ended-night recaps are stored so directors and the public board can run the same night. Club directors see roster photos and names. We do not sell personal data or member lists.
Logs
When you accept legal terms we store IP address, user agent, time, and the checkbox text. The host (Vercel) may process technical logs (IP, user agent, request time) to serve the site. We do not use logs to build an advertising profile.
Cookies
We use a session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Deletion
Directors can delete a live or draft night from Club Play. Ended nights stay on the club desk. To close an account or request deletion, email team@sidelineclubdesk.com or (214) 235-2483.
